About
Lucas Castro Pardo is a Brooklyn-based photographer working across portraiture, editorial, commercial, and fine art photography in New York City and beyond. For nearly two decades, his work has centered on intimacy, presence, and emotional precision, images shaped less by performance than by what feels true, observed, and lasting.
His work moves between commissioned and fine art photography, with a visual language that remains consistent throughout: restrained, cinematic, and attentive to character, atmosphere, and form. Whether photographing a portrait, an editorial subject, or a fine art series, he is drawn to moments that carry tension, clarity, and emotional weight without excess.
Lucas creates portraiture that navigates vulnerability, sensuality, and self-possession with nuance—photographs that feel refined, direct, and emotionally present.
He is available for portrait, editorial, commercial, and fine art commissions and inquiries.
